A Special meeting of the Human Resources Committee will be held on 6th December 2010 at 10:30hrs in the Conference Room, Devon and Cornwall Police Authority, Endeavour House, Woodwater Park, Exeter, to consider the items as detailed on the Agenda given below.
This meeting will be broadcast live on the Internet and recorded for future viewing.
Any papers listed as "to follow", urgent items or supplementary papers will be made available as soon as possible and in any event at least 30 minutes before the start of the meeting.

||Schedule 12A, paragraph 4. Information relating to any consultations or negotiations, or contemplated consultations or negotiations, in connection with any labour relations matter arising between the authority or a Minister of the Crown and employees of, or office holders under, the authority.
- Voluntary Redundancy Arrangements
At present the Force policy does not provide for voluntary redundancy as an option when handling redundancy in the work place. The report outlines the advantages and disadvantages of voluntary redundancy and seeks views on adjusting the currently enhanced redundancy terms.
