  5. National Police Staff Council Staff Handbook
    This report will provide an update on progress of the negotiations on the proposed introduction of the implementation of the National Police Staff Council Staff Handbook terms and conditions of employment.

    The report provides an update on progress towards implementing a job and grading review.
  7. Review of the Human Resources Function
    The report will provide an update of the review.
  8. Review of Learning and Development
    The report provides information on the review of the current year's (2007/08) learning and development activities.
  9. Human Resources Performance Measures
    This report provides an interim update on the development of a range of key performance indicators covering HR management in the Force.
  10. Attendance Management Improvement Plan
    This report provides an update regarding progress of the attendance management improvement plan.
  11. Special Constabulary Deployment
    The report provides information about the deployment and duty hours of members of the Special Constabulary.
  12. Changes to the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations
    This report provides information on the operation of the Flexible Retirement Policy which was approved in January 2007.
  13. Workforce Panning
    This report provides an update on Workforce Planning activities.
  14. Lead Member Report on Training
    The Lead Member for Training will provide information about the work undertaken in this role.
