A meeting of the Community Engagement Committee to which you are requested to attend will be held on 30 September 2010 at 10am in the Conference Room, Devon and Cornwall Police Authority, Endeavour House, Woodwater Park, Exeter, to consider the items as detailed on the Agenda given below.
This meeting will be broadcast live on the Internet and recorded for future viewing.
Any papers listed as “to follow”, urgent items or supplementary papers will be made available as soon as possible and in any event at least 30 minutes before the start of the meeting.

- Comparison of Police Call Handling Performance against Most Similar Forces
This paper provides Members with some comparative data of police performance of call handling in relation to Devon and Cornwall Constabulary’s most similar forces.
- How the Constabulary communicates with local communities
An oral overview of the Force’s Communications Strategy with a particular focus on communicating with young people.
- Anti Social Behaviour Minimum Standards Pledge
This report updates the Committee on progress in joint work with local authorities towards the anti social behaviour minimum standards pledge.

- Assistant Chief Constable (Territorial Policing) Update Report
The Assistant Chief Constable will provide an oral update on important items that have arisen since the Committee papers were prepared.
- Consultation Update

- Review of Committee risks
To consider all risks allocated to the Community Engagement Committee and make recommendations to the Risk Review Group of any suggested changes.
