A meeting of the Community Engagement Committee to which you are requested to attend will be held on Thursday 14th May at 10am in the Conference Room, Devon and Cornwall Police Authority, Endeavour House, Woodwater Park, Exeter, to consider the items as detailed on the Agenda given below.

- Speed Watch
This is a presentation to inform members of the systems developed to involve all aspects of the community in tackling local speeding priorities: Community Speed Watch, School Speed Watch and Neighbourhood Speed Watch.
- Spectrum Photo labs
Plymouth BCU officers commissioned artwork from young people in an attempt to find out what their priorities are for local police. This presentation will provide members with the type of engagement work that Plymouth BCU are doing with young people and what they plan to do with the output.
- Strategic Partnerships Audit
This report provides members with the results of the audit carried out on the Police Authority partnership engagement activity.
- Appendix a
- Draft Police Authority Annual Report
To agree the Annual Report of the Police Authority for 2008-9, which is to follow.
- Summary of Consultation Activities
This report will triangulate all the results from consultation activities conducted in 2008/2009. It will provide members with a summary of the general themes that have emerged.
- Community Engagement Strategy
Following the discussion in January this report provides members with a dynamic strategy as requested. It is planned that if this strategy is approved it will be accessible through both the Constabulary and Authority websites.
