- Complaints Factsheet
With the inception of the Professional Standards and Complaints Monitoring
Committee, a thorough review has taken place of the way that the Authority deals
with complaints and the information it makes available to the public. A
factsheet which provides information about how to make a complaint, who can make
a complaint and what can be complained about and a flowchart detailing the
process that will take place when the Authority has received a complaint, have
been designed and are presented to the Committee for approval.
