Professional Standards and Complaints Monitoring Committee Meeting - Tuesday 4 October 2011

A meeting of the Professional Standards and Complaints Monitoring Committee will be held on Tuesday 4 October 2011, at 10:00 hrs in to which you are requested to attend, to consider the items as detailed on the Agenda given below.

This meeting will be broadcast live on the Internet and recorded for future viewing.

Any papers listed as “to follow”, urgent items or supplementary papers will be made available as soon as possible and in any event at least 30 minutes before the start of the meeting.

  16. Consideration to exclude the Press and Public from Closed Items
    Items which may be considered by the Committee with only Members of the Police Authority, appropriate Officers and expert advisors present, on the grounds that exempt/confidential information may be disclosed.
  17. Suspended and Restricted Duties Personnel
    This report gives details of Force Personnel who are currently suspended from duty or have restrictions imposed upon their duties. Report to follow.
  18. Referrals to the IPCC
    This report includes a quarterly update in relation to complaints referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC). Report to follow.
  19. Review of Complaints by Mr Ritchie
    This report outlines the review of a longstanding complaint undertaken by the Members drawn from the Committee and makes recommendations for dealing with the complaint in the future.
