Professional Standards and Complaints Monitoring Committee Meeting - Tuesday 19 June 2012

A meeting of the Professional Standards and Complaints Monitoring Committee will be held on Tuesday 19 June 2012, at 10:00 hrs in Conference Room, Devon and Cornwall Police Authority, Endeavour House, Woodwater Park, Pynes Hill, Exeter to which you are requested to attend, to consider the items as detailed on the Agenda given below.

This meeting will be broadcast live on the Internet and recorded for future viewing.

Any papers listed as “to follow”, urgent items or supplementary papers will be made available as soon as possible and in any event at least 30 minutes before the start of the meeting.

    This oral report will provide an update regarding referrals to the Professional Standards Department.
  11. Maintaining Scrutiny of Professional Standards
    This agenda item is to enable the Committee to discuss options for maintaining assurance with regard to Professional Standards matters until the demise of the Authority in November 2012.

    Closed Items (Items which may be considered by the Committee with only members of the Police Authority, appropriate Officers and expert advisors present, on the grounds that exempt / confidential information may be disclosed)
  13. PSD Risk Register
    This report presents the current Professional Standards Department Risk Register.
  14. Suspended and Restricted Duties Personnel
    This report gives details of force personnel who are currently suspended from duty, or have restrictions imposed upon their duties. 
  15. Referrals to the IPCC
    This report includes an update in relation to complaints referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC).
