  9. Airwave Business Benefits Summary Update Report
    Provides an update of Airwave benefits realised, target dates of benefits to be realised and barriers to achieving realisation of barriers.
  10. Construction Framework South West
    To update the committee on the recently awarded Construction Framework South West and agree the recommendation for DCPA to sign the user agreement.   12. FIMS (Agresso) Upgrade Report
    To enable the Committee to understand the nature of the upgrade, key risks, processes, and controls in place to mitigate the risks.
  13. Sale of Force Helicopter
    Provides options for sale and proposes approval for the detailed procedure for sale of the helicopter be delegated to the Chair and Vice Chair of the Resources Committee and the Treasurer.
  14. Estate Strategy and Programme Update
    Progress update on the delivery of the Capital Building Programme including recommendation requests.
  15. Middlemoor Regeneration and Development Report
    The purpose of this paper is to provide sufficient information to enable an informed decision to be made to take forward a detailed feasibility study and master planning exercise to fully explore the regeneration potential of the Head Quarters site.
  16. Replacement of Tavistock Police Station with a new Patrol Base and the establishment of a Town Centre Enquiry Office.
    Business Case to provide sufficient information to enable an informed decision to be made for the provision of new police facilities to replace the existing Tavistock Police Station with a free-hold edge of town Patrol Base and a leased town centre Neighbourhood Police Base.

    This report draws Members’ attention to three issues with potential insurance claims.
