  13. Annual report of Devon & Cornwall Police Claims Experience 2009/10
    The purpose of this oral report is to provide a briefing on significant claims and seek instructions.

    Updates the Police Authority on Procurement activities and procurement savings achieved.
  15. Estate Strategy and Programme Update
    Progress update on the delivery of the Capital Building Programme & Estate Strategy including recommendation requests
  16. Exeter and Headquarters Rationalisation Programme
    The report contains a series of recommendations regarding the disposal of part of the Middlemoor site, the relocation of a number of offices, the removal of the helicopter from Middlemoor and the construction of a new 40 cell custody centre and associated offices.
  17. Force Helicopter Update
    Since the purchase of the new helicopter in 2010 the Authority has been seeking to sell the old helicopter. This report provides an update on progress.
