    Presents the notes from the meeting of the Budget Working Party held on 13 October 2006, supported by a briefing sheet concerning Resource Forecasts.

  8. Purchase of Replacement Force Helicopter
    Recommends the Committee acknowledges the potential Home Office funding offer and notes the outstanding financial requirement and order deadlines, and recommends the process to purchase a Eurocopter EC 145 helicopter subject to confirmation of Home Office funding and presentation of a full business case to the PA.

    Annual Report on the Constabulary’s Civil Litigation experience during 2005/06. Report to follow.
  10. Sale of DCPA owned masts – REPORT WITHDRAWN
    This is an update on the ICT developments relating to the decommissioning of the analogue radio infrastructure and mast disposal.
  11. Airwave Litigation Update
    Provides Members with an update on the Airwave project and the ongoing dispute. Report to follow.
  12. The National Police Staff Council Handbook and Weekend Enhancements for Devon & Cornwall Police Staff
    This report updates the Committee on work being undertaken with the objective being to implement the Police Staff Council National Handbook and accepting it as providing minimum standards of employment for allowances and benefits.
